By accessing and using Viel Chat, operated by Viel UK Limited (Company number 17036811), registered in England and Wales, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Viel Chat is provided from the United Kingdom. By using our services you acknowledge that they are supplied from the UK and may be subject to UK law and regulations.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Viel Chat for your personal or internal business purposes. Under this licence you may not:

The materials on Viel Chat are provided on an 'as is' basis. Viel Chat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Viel Chat or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Viel Chat, even if Viel Chat or a Viel Chat authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
You must register an account with us in order to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the creation of your account and agree to update this information with any changes. Your account is for your personal use only and you may not authorize others to use your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your access credentials are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any third party, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. Users under the age of 18 cannot use or register for the Services.
By submitting, posting or otherwise uploading User Content on or through the Services you give Viel Chat a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such User Content for the purpose of enabling Viel Chat to provide you with the Services.
Viel Chat acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you under these Terms in or to any User Content that you create, upload, submit, post, transmit, share or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that User Content.
You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services. You may not rent, lease, provide access to or sublicense any elements of the Services to a third party. You may not access the Services in a manner intended to avoid incurring fees or exceeding usage limits. You may not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic program or device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way gather Content from the Services.
You agree that you will not upload, record, publish, post, link to, transmit or distribute User Content, or otherwise utilize the Services in a manner that: advocates, promotes, incites, instructs, informs, assists or otherwise encourages violence or any illegal activities; infringes or violates the copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party; or violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
Subject to the Terms, the Services are provided to you without charge up to certain usage limits, and usage in excess of these limits may require purchase of additional resources and the payment of fees. Please see Viel Chat's settings page for more details regarding pricing for the Services.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid tier features until the end of the current billing period.
If you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current tier features until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. By using the service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel within this period if the service has been fully performed. If you cancel within 14 days and have not used the paid features, you may request a full refund by contacting contactus@viel.chat.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
Viel Chat is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Viel Chat provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You may terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your account on the Services.
You agree that Viel Chat, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your account or any part thereof. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services may be without prior notice, and you agree that Viel Chat will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Viel Chat, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your breach of the Terms, your use of the Services, your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with the Services, or your User Content.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with applicable copyright laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Services if such claims are reported to us.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute or controversy arising out of, in relation to, or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Services and all related activities. These Terms shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by a new posting of these Terms issued by us. If any part of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
